Nwankwo Onyema Ugochukwu is the founder and Principal Partner of OUN Developers. With architecture degrees from the University of Nigeria, he began his career at CAP Consultants, Port Harcourt, and quickly rose to lead the Design Studio. A social activist and avid Chelsea FC supporter, he also founded Artlas�, a company specializing in landscaping and interior design. His sigil is the Eagle.

A graduate of Estate Management from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. Despite her professional training, she began her career as a Content Developer at OUN Developers & Artlas, and through hardwork and commitment she currently holds the role of Head of Human Resources and Administration in both Companies.

A creative and hardworking individual who obtained his first and second degrees in Architecture at Rivers State University. He is one of the longest serving team members at OUN developers and Artlas. A spirited individual (with the sigil Panther), he has been involved in numerous projects over the years demonstrating excellent leadership, teamwork and good management. His long-term goals are to be one of the leaders at OUN developers and Artlas.

With a background in Philosophy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Stephanie is passionate about client relationships and effective communication, Stephanie excels at blending creativity with structured planning, ensuring the firm’s goals align seamlessly with client needs. Inspired by the elegance of the peacock, her sigil, she brings grace and insight into every project. When she's not working, you’ll find her enjoying a good book and exploring new stories.

A graduate of Architecture from UNIBEN, honed his skills during his internship at Stargray Associates. At OUN Developers & Artlas, he has improved his skills. He plans to pursue a Masters in Architecture and enjoys football and music.

An enthusiastic architecture student currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. An individual with a bubbly persona ('The Butterfly), she possesses a keen eye for innovative design and a passion for sustainable solutions. Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute fresh perspectives to projects, she has gained an immense amount of architectural knowledge at OUN Developers and Artlas.
