W A Y M A K E R It was to be an ordinary Guest Chalet, a precursor to the main building which is to be a neo-classical structure. However, at OUN Developers, we always add that little extra to the ordinary. Designed with the idea of an old-fashioned motel in mind, we added a series of RC fins to act as privacy screens which also double as shading devices as the front façade is west-facing. It comprises 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 on each level, a kitchen at the ground floor & a flexible living area on the first floor, there is a connecting bridge linking the elevated front to the sinking depths. The site is very undulating which makes the landscaping both interesting & challenging. Located in Enugwu Ukwu, Anambra State, the name Way Maker was coined because the Guest Chalet will act as a temporary family building while the main building is pulled down & rebuilt.
