At OUN Developers, we recognize the importance of celebrating our team members, not just for their contributions to the firm, but also for who they are as individuals. The celebration helps boost team morale, and promote positive workplace culture. One of the ways we do this is by acknowledging and celebrating Namedays in a warm and inclusive manner. HR/ Admin coordinates the event, and all staff are encouraged to participate and make it special for the celebrants.
